I managed to get it back today! The best news is that it drives pretty much like it did before the accident, so hopefully this means there isn't any major underlying damage. Obviously it still needs so much work done to it, and I will need to give back the right front tire it currently has to the guy whose garage/junkyard my truck wound up at after the accident since he's the one who owns it and who put it on.

I'd share a picture of it sitting in my driveway, but I don't wanna dox myself, lol. Just know that it basically still looks as it does in the photos on my gofundme, just with its right front tire replaced and its front bumper held in place by a bunch of zipties.
